Somewhere along the line you or someone else is going to need to upload some files to your phpBB account.
Have a read through this and see if it makes sense.
Quick summary:
1. Download Blacksoul template to your PC. Unzip.
2. Connect to your phpBB webspace with an FTP program.
3. Find the folder called "templates".
4. Create a new sub-folder called "blacksoul".
5. Upload all files from your PC to this new folder.
6. Login to phpBB Admin page.
7. Go to Admin Control Panel -> Styles Admin -> Add.
8. You should see "blacksoul" listed in the Styles Administration screen, with an "Install" link.
9. Click the "Install" link to install the template.
Your new template should now be installed and ready for testing.

| I know a bit of html which can make things look pretty. Simplest way to do it is to google 'bare bones html' and there's a site that gives a lot of the simple coding in an understandable way. |
